What We Supply
Control panel labels
Permanent engraved identification for circuit breakers, isolators, contactors, and terminal blocks. Non-conductive, abrasion-resistant, and legible for the lifetime of the installation. Supplied to schedule — single panels or large batch runs.
Distribution board labels
Custom engraved labels for domestic, commercial, and industrial distribution boards. Supplied to your circuit schedule with exact text, colour combinations, and character heights to match your specification.
Valve tags
Durable traffolyte valve tags for plant rooms, boiler houses, and process pipework. Available in standard 50mm discs or custom sizes, pre-drilled or slotted for cable tie, wire, or ball chain mounting. Sequential numbering or custom text.
Safety and warning signage
Engraved safety signs to ISO 7010 colour standards — hazard, mandatory, prohibition, and safe condition. Permanently engraved, non-fading, and compliant with UK Health and Safety labelling requirements. Suited to industrial, utilities, and public sector environments.
Asset identification plates
Long-life asset tags and identification plates for equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. Supplied with barcodes, QR codes, sequential numbering, or fixed text. Resistant to the cleaning, abrasion, and chemical exposure typical of industrial maintenance environments.
Custom sizes, colours, and fixing options
No standard size or colour combination is the wrong starting point. We produce traffolyte labels to any specification — from single bespoke items to large production runs. Tell us what you need and we'll turn it around fast.
WHY TRAFFOLYTE?
Printed labels fail in industrial environments. The ink fades, the adhesive degrades, and sooner or later you're relabelling a live panel that should have been set-and-forget for 30 years.
Traffolyte labels are different. The identification isn't printed onto the surface, it's engraved into the material, exposing a contrasting colour core beneath. It can't be wiped off, cleaned away, or worn down. In environments where panels, plant, and equipment are expected to operate for decades, that permanence isn't a luxury. It's the whole point.
That's why traffolyte has been the default choice across UK electrical and industrial infrastructure since the 1920s, and why contractors, facilities teams, and procurement engineers keep coming back to it when the specification matters.
