Does this mean slower service?
In a word...NO! We have a dedicated team to action your enquiry. We just need to you to send us an email with your requirements. Most formats can be used, not limited to the below list:
- DXF
- EPS
- Excel File
- Word FIle
- List in body of email
- Photograph of a sketch your did on a napkin (I haven't seen many fag packet sketches in a while)
- We also like to see people, so feel free to pop in with list when passing instead
Sometimes we can make them whilst you wait, or we know there is a lovely cob (batch, bun, bap, sarnie) shop round the corner if you can time it right for a snackBespoke Engraved Panel Labels ProcessWe send you a quote if required (sometimes time doesn't allow for this and you just need asap), we don't suddenly charge more if no quote given in advance. Then we set up your labels, we can email you a proof first if required or complex. Then we engrave, bevel the edges and apply self-adhesive backing and/or holes as required. Finally clean the labels and they are good to go. All layouts are then saved in your individual folder so that we can replicate labels any time.We can also courier to site, office or engineer's house/hotel. whatever works for you. If it is a small order it goes by Royal Mail 1st class recorded as standard as it is affordable and usually timely (Christmas time excluded).We get regular phone calls saying, 'you made me some labels about 3 months ago (it's almost always longer than the estimate on that), can you make me some more to match?' Yes, no problem. However we don't usually need a lot of information, a size or roughly what they said or something to start our search is usually enough. Often we remember the first job anyway. (Perhaps this is a sign that we need to get out more).
