Here at Total Industrial Engraving we produce laser or mechanically engraved scales, dials, rulers, graduations and more. We are based in Leicester in the East Midlands. In addition we offer a fast turnaround nationwide as standard.
Materials
We can supply a large range of various materials in many colours, including:
- traffolyte
- rowmark
- acrylic
- perspex
- brass
- stainless steel
- anodised aluminium.
Also we can engrave your free issue material. First of all we need a picture or drawing. We'll gladly produce a sample for you. Similarly we can engrave a test piece if necessary. Particularly if it is a new material to us.
Alternatively we can mechanically engrave your part to a suitable depth. You could then powder coat your item after engraving. Your marking is then still readable once the coating is applied. If you are anodising or plating after engraving instead we can engrave to a lesser depth. It can't be removed like if it was printed or if a label is used. Most importantly it produces a very professional finish once coated. We are always happy to discuss options. In addition we can suggest solutions. Particularly when your client has an idea in mind but isn't sure if it is possible in its current form.
