Fully Supplied Legends
It is often more cost effective to have us supply them fully for you as we can laser cut them after we engrave them so therefore give you a bulk price, this also means we don't engrave them individually. We can engrave legends to fit into the plastic legend holders that you have. To ensure a good fit we don't bevel the edges on these labels as we usually would. All of our legends are made using the same material as usually supplied to you as blanks.
Legends without the need for holders
The best option, we feel, is to produce laser engraved legends to your requirement. If you give us the dimensions for the label and the size of the hole required. We will then engrave your text to suit. Our standard material is 1.5mm thick 2 ply Gravoply type material that is fully UV stable and suitable for exterior use. We find that because the material is slightly flexible it is less brittle than Traffoltye and therefore perfect for this application. It is also very cost effective because we sent up a whole sheet. The laser engraver then engraves all of the text before cutting out the lamp holes and the finally cutting out the label. We then bevel the edges to give the legend that final professional finish.
We can supply these without any fixings for the smaller legends to be held in place by the pushbutton. If you want them to be supplied with self-adhesive backing we can also do that. For larger legends with multiple lamp holes we can also supply them with fixing hole to take rivets or to suits your preferred fixing type and size. We can also supply you with 3mm white rivets should you need them.
