Laser Engraved Stainless Steel Valve Tags
Here at Total Industrial Engraving we specialise in industrial engraving and produce laser engraved stainless steel valve tags to meet your exact requirements. Read more below to find out how we do it. We also produce plastic valve tags, you can find out more about those too.
How?
We laser cut all of our tags so we can cut to include any of the below:
- Shape - we can cut tags, discs, or even to fit into an indent on your valve.
- Size - our maximum size for laser engraving is 610 x 610mm and the smallest we have done so far in stainless steel is 15 x 10mm
- Details - your tags can be cut with radius corners and holes or cut outs to suit your specification.
- Text - we can engrave text down to 2mm high and can include logos and CE marks as required. Of course we can also change the font to suit your needs.
- On the subject of logos, we can also engrave qr codes and barcodes. This is really useful if you need to be able to link to more information than you can fit on your tag.
- Thickness - 0.9mm 316 grade brushed (dp1) is our standard material. However you can also have 0.5mm thick if not brushed, or the following in brushed and unbrushed: 0.7mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm - can be thicker but not usual for valve tags
