Total Industrial Engraving produce stainless steel control panel door and fascia engraving. We can laser engrave up to a maximum size 911mm x 610mm. However if your requirement is for something larger or you don't want black text it can be mechanically engraved instead. Also this finish can either be infilled with paint or left unfilled. Furthermore you can either supply your doors and panels for us to engrave or we can supply the fascia laser cut to your requirements. We can do this from a pdf with dimensions or just a fag packet sketch, or even a marked up panel. But if you can send us a dxf though it reduces set up time and cost too.
The Process
Firstly email us a drawing or picture or bring your door/panel to our workshop. Secondly we will listen to your requirements and the finish you are wanting to achieve. Meanwhile we'll offer our advise to you if necessary on finish or process. Thirdly once we have set up the design, we will email you a proof. Most importantly to check that you are happy prior to production. We can still make any changes you need at this stage. Once it is on the panel it can be too late. Although getting the panel re-brushed can be possible in some cases, it does make the lead-time longer.

- Powder Coated Metal, we can either laser engrave through the paint and infill if required. On the other hand we can mechanically engrave and then either infill or leave natural. We are also able to mechanically engrave prior to powder coating where required to allow for the text to be visible after painting.
