At Total Industrial Engraving this morning we have spent some time designing stainless steel laser engraved rating / rate plates for one of our customers. Once approved we will laser engrave them similarly to the images below. These ones are only 40mm x 50mm and with some of the text being only 1mm high it seems anything really is possible.
We can add logos, pictures (such as the suitcase) for when language barriers may be apparent, CE marks where required, lines of varying thickness. Also we can add unique barcodes and qr codes where required, we only need an image file for these.
We can also import from your dxf or set up for you from a simple sketch. The possibilities are almost endless.
If you need your logo to be in colour we can also quote for sub surface printing a batch of blank aluminium rating plates. These are a great solution as we can engrave the serial number and details when you know the required information. Another option is to chemically etch the stainless steel plates and infill with coloured paint.
